Upper West Side Stage

Project Overview
Upper West Side is one of the largest inner city developments in Australia with 2600 apartments over 4 towers, 30 retail outlets and a project value of approx. $1Billion AUD.

When all stages of Upper West Side are complete the development will feature a seven storey podium; a roof top garden with public amenities such as barbeque areas; a gym and indoor swimming pool. The project will achieve a 4 star Australian Greenhouse Building Rating (AGBR) with the apartments meeting a 6 star design rating on average.

Form 700 Scope
Form700’s role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure including; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply and operation of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 SelfClimbing Perimeter Safety Screens.

Stage 1 & 2 complete with stage 4 currently underway. Stage 3 to commence at a later date.
