Project Overview
This project for Pacific Shopping Centres consists of approximately 30,000sqm of gross floor area split over 4 levels. The major tenants include a full line Coles supermarket and flagship Harris Scarfe store, together with approximately 90 specialty stores and a podium level car park for 200 vehicles.

A second stage $80m office tower has been completed above the retail podium. The Stage 2 office project is A grade office accommodation and has achieved a 5 star as
built Green Star Rating. The office tower will consist of approximately 28,000sqm of gross floor area.

Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; core layouts, supply of Form700 SelfClimbing Core Systems and Form 700 Self-Climbing Perimeter Safety Screens. Our role also required the redesign of the suspended slabs to allow for heavy loading zones within the retail building to facilitate the construction of the office tower.
