Project Overview
The development includes 313 apartments, car parking, restaurant, resident meeting room, gym and associated amenities over 17 levels plus ground floor and 3 basement levels. The apartments are a combination of residential apartments (168) and serviced apartments (145) comprising a mix of studio, one, two and three bedrooms. The building boasts a private gymnasium and 208 parking spaces.
Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure: supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply and install post tensioning; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; and supply and operate Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 Self-Climbing Perimeter Safety Screens. Being able to handle all the aspects of the job rather than bring in subcontractors for key tasks contributes to Form 700’s efficiency and allows for more comprehensive quality control.
Form 700 completed our scope of works ahead of schedule on this project. A substantial amount of formwork material was used to complete the lower more difficult floors including the swimming pool area.
