Project Overview
Newport Quays is a mixture of high density housing, retail, commercial and tourism buildings which are situated on 50 hectares near Adelaide’s waterfront with stunning views across the harbour.
Newport Quays features six kilometres of water front promenades. A combination of 61 townhouse villas and 126 apartments. The townhouses are built over two and three levels, while the apartments are a 5 level development.
Stage two of the development houses 64 villas and a total of 164 apartments spread across two independent seven-storey buildings.
Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply and installation of precast panels.
