Project Overview
This was Costco’s first wholesale store to be constructed in Australia, and comprises of a 14,000m2 suspended shop floor area with receiving dock, entry concourse and a 500-space carpark underneath with water sensitive landscaped surrounds.

Form 700 Scope
Form 700 supplied Burnished finished concrete within a 0mm tolerance. Such stringent tolerances which have not been required on previous slabs is a testament to the quality of finish at Costco

Form 700, through its commitment and dedication to this project, played a key role in the successful delivery of the first Costco warehouse on Australian soil.

The project was fast tracked to be completed within 10 months, from design to construction to opening day. Form 700’s deliverables were of a high standard and were provided in a timely manner to ensure the ambitious programme was achieved.
