Project Overview
The building will be 15 storeys high incorporating 27,754m2 of net lettable floor area, two levels of plant room and two levels of basement car parks. There will also be an integrated public access landscaped courtyard on the Spencer Street frontage.
The entire facility has been design and constructed to achieve both a Green Star 5 Star as-build rating and a NABERS 4.5 Star energy rating. Form700 have contributed to these ratings through the use of sustainable materials for all of the temporary formwork and the use of environmentally sound ‘Green’ reinforcement.
Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure. Core and screen layouts. Supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply and operation of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 Self-Climbing Perimeter Safety Screens.
