City Central Tower 8 comprises of a 17-level tower with 37,000m2 GFA of commercial office space, which faces Franklin Street, provides office space, associated car parking, ground level retail, and Australia Post operations, including mail distribution and post office boxes.
Form 700 Scope
Works included all elements on the structure; supply and erection of formwork, supply and fix reinforcement, supply and install post
tensioning, supply, pump, placement and finishing concrete.
