Project Overview
This project included the construction of a new nine-storey apartment building comprising a further 232 apartments to complement the original heritage Chevron Hotel. The new building included three levels of below-ground car parking.
The new construction is a concrete framed structure with precast panels and windows on the external façade and precast dividing walls
Form 700 Scope
Works included all elements on the structure; supply and erection of formwork and safety screens; supply and fix reinforcement; supply and install of precast columns; supply and install post tensioning; supply, pump, place and finish concrete.
