Project Overview
The CBW project comprises of two towers; 181 William street (26 story) and 550 Bourke St (19 storey) set on 7000m2 site.
The 181 William Street building comprises of a 26 storey A-grade office tower with a NLA of 49,000m2, three levels of basement parking and 5000m2 of retail space.
The 550 Bourke St building comprises of a 19 storey office tower with 27,000m2 NLA and 3 levels of basement parking.
Form 700 Scope
Form700’s role included all the works involved in building the concrete structure. Supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; design, supply and operation of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 Self-Climbing Perimeter Safety Screens.
