Project Overview
This seven-level office building comprises 4 levels of office with 3 levels of car parking. The gross floor area is approximately 25,300m2, comprising 372 car parking spaces, 11,400m2 of lettable tenant space and 1,500m2 of rooftop plant room.

Form 700 Scope
Our role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply of Crane Handled Working Platforms and Perimeter Safety Screens.
