747 Collins St ATO Building

Project Overview
The ATO Building 4A is a $155 million, 38,000m² commercial office tower. The tower for Building 4A consists of 16 levels with a basement car park, with the provision of additional commercial and retail tenancy spaces.

Form700 Scope
The project overview includes the construction of the first tower Building 4A and the construction of the podium for Building 4C at Collins Square, 747 Collins Street in Melbourne.

Form700’s role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 SelfClimbing Perimeter Safety Screens; supply of crane handled working platforms; installation of oversize precast feature column.
