Project Overview
Quattro Tower B comprises of a 19-storey Property Council of Australia (PCA) Grade A office tower. The buildings primary tenant is the Australian Tax Office, who have consolidated their divisions in Levels 1-17 over 38,000 m2. The underground and ground levels are comprised of retail, which will include a sophisticated mix of convenient services, a food court, cafes, restaurants, fashion outlets, grocery and specialty retailers. The basement contains car parking and the lower ground accommodates car parking, loading docks, tenant storage suites and bike parking allocation.
Form700 Scope
Form700’s role entailed all the works involved in building the concrete structure; supplying and erecting formwork; supply and fix reinforcement; supply, pump, place and finish concrete; supply of Form700 Self-Climbing Core Systems and Form700 Self-Climbing Perimeter Safety Screens; supply of crane handled working platforms and external working decks; installation of oversize precast feature columns.
Quattro – Tower B has been awarded a Green Star Design (V2) 5 Star rating, Green Star As Built (V2) 5 Star rating, and National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy and Water 5 Star rating.
